This beautiful home is located in the Silver Creek Country Club and was sold in 2013. It was a rental for several years and the homeowner decided to sell it. We started with no furnishings in this home. We furnished this space with a neighbor's furniture pieces (they were fortunately undergoing a remodel at the time), Davey Real Estate's staging inventory and new goods that I brought in through Decorating Den Interiors' Instant Room staging packages. Historic homes often undergo several remodels over their lifetime, though these updates can often stray from the home’s original design intention. This couple realized their 1990 kitchen remodel with cherry cabinets and granite countertops no longer felt in sync with the home’s overall aesthetic. Incorporating character and charm into their kitchen was important, and the new finishes now more appropriately reflect the 1920s style of their home.

Magic of colors and other design solutions. Undergoing a massive remodeling is not ideal for most of us. And it's incredible what difference new colors and design ideas can do without breaking the bank

The St Antoine vessel boasts impressive dimensions of 31 x 17 x 6 inches, making it a striking centerpiece for any bathroom. Each piece undergoes meticulous crafting, including the impregnation of specialized epoxy resins that stabilize the wood, rendering it completely waterproof and resistant to heat and scratches. This high-quality finish is achieved through multiple layers of resins and varnishes, applied with precision between each sanding process, resulting in a glossy or semi-glossy surface that enhances the natural beauty of the wood.

Full view of this bathroom renovation we did for our customer looking for more accessibility in the bathroom. She is currently undergoing knee replacement surgery and needed to make sure that when she came home to recover she was able to shower safely. Therefore, the bathtub was removed, and a new anti-slip acrylic shower pan was installed.

Design rendering, construction forthcoming. This Saratoga residence undergoes a complete transformation, retaining the existing foundation while adding a full second story and redesigning the first floor interior and exterior. The result is a modern traditional home with black window frames, white stucco, standing seam metal roof, and glass railings. Designed by Prestin Ravid Architects, serving the South Bay and Peninsula.

The owners of this residence harbor a genuine fondness for the property, the land, and its location; however, their sentiments towards the house itself were less favorable. Despite undergoing three rounds of renovations and additions, the dwelling, while spacious, lacked the desired comfort. Its absence of meticulous detailing resulted in a conglomeration of various styles and ideas, creating a somewhat unwieldy aesthetic. Moreover, the owners were apprehensive about facing months of unavoidable reconstruction. Despite the challenging nature of the project, the allure of new concepts and possibilities served as a source of inspiration for everyone involved, propelling them forward to explore the untapped potential within the property.

A newly purchased single family home on a quiet street in Noe Valley undergoes a significant transformation to enlarge, reconfigure and renovate it to suit the needs of the new owners. This includes a rear yard addition on three levels, to effectively double the size of the existing home. The renovation respected the understated Victorian / Edwardian detailing, while incorporating a more modern aesthetic focused on natural light and indoor-outdoor living into the new spaces.
