This 1920 English Cottage style home got an update. A 3 season screened porch addition to help our clients enjoy their English garden in the summer, an enlarged underground garage to house their cars in the winter, and an enlarged master bedroom.

In order to fit the wall and the fence inside of our clients' property line, I had to set the posts deep underground, beneath the wall, and cut notches in some of the wall blocks to make room for the posts. Every wall block is glued with heavy duty construction adhesive, not just the top row.

A new instllation of gates and acccess control. Hand forged steel gates with underground operators provide a clean finish. The stainless steel in ground boxes provide excellent protection from water.
