Inspiration for a zen light wood floor living room remodel in Milwaukee with yellow walls

The White Pie restaurant was a remodeled space. We worked on the area in behind the bar and in the dining room. The total space treated is a little over 1,000 sf. We applied an industrial polish to a 200 grit resin, and sealed and burnished the floor. We used LS densifier and polish guard from Prosoco. No color was applied. The kitchen is an existing epoxy floor. We recommend a urethane cement for all kitchen floors.

This classic cable rail was fabricated out of steel in sections at our facility. Each section was welded together on-site and painted with a flat black urethane. The cable was run through the posts in each section and then tensioned to the correct specifications. The simplicity of this rail gives an un-obstructed view of the beautiful surrounding valley and mountains. The front steps grab rail was measured and laid out onsite, and was bolted into place on the rock steps. The clear-cut grabrails inside for the basement stairs were formed and mounted to the wall. Overall, this beautiful home nestled in the heart of the Wyoming Mountains is one for the books.

Installed straight edge cedar shake fiber cement on front of home with wood-grain lap siding on the sides and rear of home. Installed smooth fiber cement trim to corners of home, around windows & doors, and soffit & fascia. Installed new Atrium casement windows Applied Infinity urethane sealant. Painted with Sherwin-Williams Emerald exterior paint!

The library was a very unique room to work in, as the homeowner was an avid reader and truly valued this space. She had a special request to add a window seat so that she could sit and read with her dog next to her. The team added a heater underneath the window seat, creating a little extra comfort. With stunning results, the original pine floorboards were removed during demolition, taken offsite to be trued up and finally reinstalled with hand nails and coated with an invisible water urethane.
