In 2022 Level Custom Build completed the renovation of this Douglas Drive Garage. The client had very limited space in their garage for their vehicle and tools. We expanded the rough opening of the garage entrance and installed a new garage door and finished the interior of the garage. The result was more useable space and easier access.

Inspiration for a contemporary patio remodel in San Francisco

Our customer came to us with a bit of an issue.. a small backyard and big dreams. Guess what? Clear Tech took on the challenge and created a space that was enjoyable. We started from grass and turned the space into a relaxing pool area. We completed the look with outdoor furniture that brought the whole project together. Our customer is so excited to enjoy their new and useable outdoor living space.

This Seattle couple was wanting to transform their small city parcel into a useable, kid safe garden. Terrain worked with the designers to install a low maintenance yard that provides year round color and interest. A small pottery water feature highlights a bluestone dining area that is bordered by two beautifully pruned fruit trees. The entire yard now has a stunning cohesive look and feel that continues to give an excellent return on investment. Design by Shapiro Ryan Design

This relatively small bathroom has been designed to maximise space and useability. The alcoves built into the bath wall, in addition to the open shelving, allow storage for bath items. The large tabular sink offers surface space for vanity items, in the absence of a typical vanity unit. The large mirror matches the width of the sink, and is border-lit and heated. Using the same wood-effect tiling on the floor and feature wall provide continuity and avoids too many differing surfaces in a small area, opening the space up a bit more.

Laundry Room Before. This laundry room needed some help. It was very short on storage. So the goal was to lighten up the space and add more useable storage.

Free ebook, CREATING THE IDEAL KITCHEN Download now → http://bit.ly/idealkitchen After having remodeled their kitchen, and two other baths in the home, the master bathroom was the last on the list of rooms to update for this couple. The existing bath had a small sink area with his and hers sinks and then a pocket door into the main bath which housed the tub, shower and commode. The main problem was the outdated look of the space, which was rather dark and dreary, and the giant unused whirlpool tub which took up more than its fair share of the footprint. To brighten the space, we used a pallet of soft gray porcelain tile on the floor and ceramic subway tiles on the walls. Carrera marble and nickel plumbing brighten the room and help amplify the sunlight streaming in through the existing skylight and vaulted ceiling. We first placed the new freestanding tub on an angle near the window so that users can take advantage of the view and light while soaking in the tub. A new, much larger shower takes up the other corner and delivers some symmetry to the room and is now a luxurious, useable and comfortable size. The commode was relocated to the right of the new shower, so it is visually tucked away. The existing opening between the sink area and the main area was widened and the door removed so that the homeowners can enjoy the light from the larger room while using the sinks each morning. A step up into the tub/shower area provides additional interest and was a happy accident and solution required to accommodate running the plumbing through the existing floor joists. Because the existing room felt quite contemporary with the vaulted ceiling, we added a run of crown molding around the top and a chair rail to the top of the tile to provide some traditional touches to the room. We think this space is lovely, relaxing and serene and are so honored to have been chosen by these wonderful homeowners to help provide them with a relaxing master bath sanctuary! For this project in Golden, CO, we took a boring grass yard and transformed it into a contemporary backyard paradise full of xeric plantings and useable space. Multiple sitting areas, a fire pit and seatwall, and path to hot tub make this the perfect space for both entertaining and relaxing.
