A freestanding white oval soaking tub is set against a full-width horizontal cedar accent wall, the same warm cedar materiality carried from the exterior entry volume and soffit into the most private room of the home. Wall-mounted chrome tub filler with hand-shower set directly into the cedar wall above the tub. A black-framed horizontal picture window positioned above the cedar wall shelf admits garden and tree canopy views at eye level from the tub, maintaining privacy while connecting the bathing experience to the landscape. Inspiration for a transitional kitchen remodel in Seattle with recessed-panel cabinets, dark wood cabinets, beige backsplash and stainless steel appliances

This modern farmhouse bathroom has an extra large vanity with double sinks to make use of a longer rectangular bathroom. The wall behind the vanity has counter to ceiling Jeffrey Court white subway tiles that tie into the shower. There is a playful mix of metals throughout including the black framed round mirrors from CB2, brass & black sconces with glass globes from Shades of Light , and gold wall-mounted faucets from Phylrich. The countertop is quartz with some gold veining to pull the selections together. The charcoal navy custom vanity has ample storage including a pull-out laundry basket while providing contrast to the quartz countertop and brass hexagon cabinet hardware from CB2. This bathroom has a glass enclosed tub/shower that is tiled to the ceiling. White subway tiles are used on two sides with an accent deco tile wall with larger textured field tiles in a chevron pattern on the back wall. The niche incorporates penny rounds on the back using the same countertop quartz for the shelves with a black Schluter edge detail that pops against the deco tile wall. Photography by LifeCreated.

the project involved taking a hall bath and expanding it into the bonus area above the garage to create a jack and jill bath that connected to a new bedroom with a sitting room. We designed custom vanities for each space, the "Jack" in a wood stain and the "Jill" in a white painted finish. The small blue hexagon ceramic floor tiles connected the two looks as well as the wallpapers in similar coloring.

We took on the kitchen, two bathrooms and a powder room. The layout in the kitchen was functional for them, so we kept that pretty much as is. Our client wanted a contemporary-leaning transitional look — nice clean lines with a gray and white palette. Light gray cabinets with a slightly darker gray subway tile keep the northern exposure light and airy. They also purchased some new furniture for their breakfast room and adjoining family room, so the whole space looks completely styled and new. The light fixtures are staggered and give a nice rhythm to the otherwise serene feel. The homeowners were not 100% sold on the flooring choice for little powder room off the kitchen when I first showed it, but now they think it is one of the most interesting features of the design. I always try to “push” my clients a little bit because that’s when things can get really fun and this is what you are paying for after all, ideas that you may not come up with on your own. We also worked on the two upstairs bathrooms. We started first on the hall bath which was basically just in need of a face lift. The floor is porcelain tile made to look like carrera marble. The vanity is white Shaker doors fitted with a white quartz top. We re-glazed the cast iron tub. The master bath was a tub to shower conversion. We used a wood look porcelain plank on the main floor along with a Kohler Tailored vanity. The custom shower has a barn door shower door, and vinyl wallpaper in the sink area gives a rich textured look to the space. Overall, it’s a pretty sophisticated look for its smaller fooprint. Located in Ansley Park, this 1928 historic home underwent a primary bathroom transformation, relocating it from the second story to the main level of the home. The renovated bathroom boasts a large dark wood stained double vanity, freestanding soaker tub, and luxurious walk-in shower with a rain showerhead. Copper Sky Design + Remodel achieved a traditional style with subtle finishes by using a neutral color palette and incorporating polished nickel accents. This newly renovated bathroom exemplifies an inviting spa-like aesthetic.
