The wife, who is a chef and meticulously organized, had this to say about 3 Lights Design's attention to detail, "I'm so impressed how you heard all the little silly things I was saying and got it into a picture!!!" Narrow openings to the left and right were enlarged inviting guests to explore the warm and fun new spaces while allowing plenty of room to expand the table

This sleek bathroom creates a serene and bright feeling by keeping things simple. The Wetstyle floating vanity is paired with matching wall cabinet and medicine for a simple unified focal point. Simple white subway tiles and trim are paired with Carrara marble mosaic floors for a bright timeless look.

Along the fireplace, the existing brick is exposed to save on finishes, but also add a rustic texture to the space, in contrast with the clean, modern white finishes. To warm up the space, warm walnut furnishings are introduced.
