The Problem-
We undertook this Transitional Kitchen Remodel with Prescott homeowners who were looking for an open floor plan. Most importantly they wanted to tie the kitchen and living room together. As a result, creating one open concept transitional entertaining space. Additionally, this homeowner was a professional cook and needed an expansive workplace to cook with plenty of space for prep.
The Solution-
First, we tore down floor to ceiling dividing walls that separated the kitchen from the living room. Then we got rid of a soffit that trapped the entire kitchen which made it feel tight and cramped. Next, we expanded the kitchen using Maple Grey Mist Cabinets from Wellborn. Adding an eat-in island with accent Gauntlet Maple Cabinets makes this kitchen suitable for entertaining guests while keeping with the transitional kitchen design. Finally, we kept the flow from the kitchen into the living room seamless with luxury vinyl plank flooring.

The CSU Foundation Office Remodel at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO, revitalizes a dated university space into a dynamic, modern workplace. This interior design project features a flexible, open floor plan to promote collaboration and functionality, incorporating a welcoming reception area, various open work zones, 15 private offices, a small conference room, and a break room, all tailored to the needs of employees and clients. Inspired by the Foundation’s existing office, designed in 2018, the remodel showcases a bold aesthetic with vibrant pops of color integrated through meticulously designed custom furniture. Our team crafted bespoke furniture pieces, carefully selecting fabrics and finishes to align with the Foundation’s signature color palette, ensuring a cohesive and striking visual identity. A creative exposed ceiling, painted dark to enhance the sense of height in the low-ceiling space, is complemented by modern light fixtures, creating an inviting and dynamic atmosphere. In addition to design, our team played a pivotal role in managing the construction process, conducting regular site visits and thorough submittal reviews to ensure seamless execution and adherence to the project vision. This design reflects the CSU Foundation’s vibrant personality and passion, delivering an engaging and inspiring environment that enhances productivity and leaves a lasting impression on visitors.

Home offices have now become staples in most households around the world offering people a space to work and be productive day in and day out. How circumstances have changed! In this day and age, many do not have to leave their houses to reach their workplace. This particular office space was once an unused bedroom. Who wouldn’t appreciate calling this beautiful room their place of work? The impressive large window was the starting point in the design process. Identical custom built-ins house printers and office supplies. They were installed on both sides for added storage. Solid wood shelves supported by custom black metal brackets display fun memorabilia and ornaments. They also complete the symmetry look. One of the home owners’ requisites was to have a place for visitors to stay overnight. This beautiful chair opens into a one-person bed for convenience. A new light fixture, a double barn door, an area rug, two computer chairs, and two desk lamps complete the look. If you are fortunate enough to have your own office space in your home, kudos to you. Grab a coffee and get to work!

The importance of a properly designed home office ( especially when the space is also used as a meeting-place/showroom ) entails the comfort & positive experience of your customer in the following manner:
1. Exclusive office space with its own entrance separate from rest of home.
2. Ergonomic customer seating and ample presentation surfaces.
3. Dedicated customer computer screen(s) detailing CAD drawings & presentation in a show and tell manner.
4. Proper lighting ( LED lighting has come a long way )
5. Practical design touches ( hooks for purses, coats, umbrella stand, refreshments area, guest WIFI, etc...)
One of the greatest benefits of a home office is the freedom to design it with a distinct identity. In other words, we shouldn’t blend the workplace with the rest of our personal space, aka home.

The sunroom addition doubles up as a bright and open home office workspace. The adjacent pressure treated deck space helps extend the outdoor living experience to beyond the home office or addition itself.
The large number of windows helps make the most of the bright natural light coming in, but also provides a great view of the backyard, without compromising on the backyard views. Gives a bright, airy, warm space in the winters as well as summers, to spend time in and engage in different activities without compromise.

A growing percentage of Canadians work from home in some capacity. For one of Way-Mar's clients who work full-time running a home-based business, having the right workplace setup is an important factor in the decision to work from home.
After working for about 10 years in their basement office - a large but dark space with limited natural light - the home owners decided to convert their partially finished walk-up attic into a bright and comfortable office space. Their first decision was an easy one. They contacted Rob Martin from Way-Mar. The Elmira couple have lived in an older two-storey brick home for 20 years during which time they have completed a number of small and large renovations.
About 15 years ago, they were introduced to WayMar when they replaced some windows and doors. Since then, Way-Mar has completed a long list of projects from outside railings to a complete kitchen renovation. The owners gave Rob an idea of the end result she had in mind for the new office space - one that would take advantage of the attic’s natural light and provide overall comfort for her and her assistant to work in everyday. Their conversation began in the fall with a goal of completing the renovation the following spring. The owner notes that planning ahead is important and, as with previous projects, she told Rob when she wanted the work to be completed and he built a plan based around that.

Trasformation of an artisanal deposit in an amazing house.
interior and exterior project, choise the materials, the interior furniture and construction site management..
All studied in detail to transform what was a workplace in a space of relaxation to share with family or friends.

The wardrobe fitting rooms at Radke Films are conceived as intimate, theatrical enclosures within the larger production environment. Defined by rich velvet blue curtains, the spaces introduce softness, opacity, and a sense of transformation distinct from the surrounding industrial workspace.
The draped partitions allow for flexible configuration and privacy while maintaining a lightweight, reversible approach to enclosure. The result is a series of quiet, tactile rooms that support wardrobe changes, fittings, and preparation, balancing functionality with a heightened sense of atmosphere.
