We widened the opening in between the kitchen and dining area for a more open feel. New Bruce natural oak hardwood floors were installed throughout the first floor. The kitchen was redesigned using Fabuwood cabinetry in the Vista Blanc door style for the perimeter and a custom painted island. The MSI quartz countertops in Carrera Caldia compliment the new tile backsplash; keeping everything looking clean and bright. What a new look! Inspiration for a kitchen remodel in Las Vegas

A comfy & cozy young girl’s bedroom consists of various elements creating a gracefully charming atmosphere for relaxation. This coverlet is a floral diamond patterned fabric, correlating with both the area rug and the headboard, in a smaller scale. The quilting pattern is also a diamond pattern delicately emulating the patterns of the coverlet’s face fabric, the area rug, and the headboard. The two large decorative throw pillow’s simple floral fabric coordinates with the floral features of the coverlet and rug. The small decorative throw pillow is repeated from the French Pick-up swag’s and full closure draperies’ soft & gentle tone on tone dobby fabric. The pink gives the room a feeling of calmness. Where the draperies and swags emphasize these turret windows, the sheers provide the room’s light control and privacy.

After their 3 kids grew up, this family was ready for a major refresh of their home. After their kitchen and family room was renovated by a popular TV show, Sato Architects was brought in to finish the rest of the home, including reconfiguring the primary suite and other bathrooms, and upgrading the exterior. The primary bedroom had a massive angled fireplace that awkwardly dominated the space, with a rarely used side door to a balcony. The primary bath had awkward steps, and lacked the luxe feel of a true primary. Our remodel provided our clients with a peaceful sanctuary, and a home that is all grown up, just like their family!

A great kitchen with a spectacular view overlooking downtown Milwaukee had one little tiny problem - boring cabinets. Not to worry, we have lots of great ideas! We spiced things up with fresh new cabinet doors and drawer fronts using Creamy Zebrano Exotic wood veneer. Why does it look so cool you ask? The technique is called "Book Matching". A term used in woodworking. Meaning: (in our world) all the lines of the veneer line up from one cabinet to the next. It creates a uniform, super custom look of symmetry from cabinet to cabinet. Take a closer look and you will notice the pattern. We did make some modifications to these cabinets too. We added new spice pullouts, replaced doors with drawers, new waste and recycling bins - all making this spectacular kitchen more efficient and updated with modern storage amenities. West Chester master bath remodel and bedroom spruce up. The original bathroom was small and cramped. We removed a wall and reframed the space to accommodate the new expanded bath. Adding a pocket door to the existing closet and using a double door at the new bathroom entry helped maximize the space without doors swinging everywhere. Luxury vinyl floating floors were installed throughout the bathroom and master bedroom. Vinyl flooring is a great option for durability. It is also water proof , warmer and softer to walk on as well. The new tiled shower looks great with the beautiful Taj Mahal granite countertops and shower wall caps. Mid Continent cabinetry in there Suede stain color add some warm wood tones to the space. New lighting and paint thru the bath and bedroom finish it up. Now this master bedroom suite is crisp and fresh.
