My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I had a very complicated situation to legalize a duplex into a triplex in downtown Toronto. Rocco did an amazing job to get this through committee during a stressful time. Highly recommend.

Rocco has been a pleasure to work with. We hired Rocco to do the drawings for our interior alternation as well as applying for the required permit with the city. Rocco was able to provide the drawings within days and when city asked for clarification Rocco was able to provide an update within the same day. I am very impressed with his level of service excellence, will recommend Rocco's service to my friends.

We cannot speak highly enough about the services received from Architalcan Design Inc. We were required to undertake significant structural work at our house. Rocco and his team were incredibly responsive. They finished the job on time and on budget, which was a tremendous relief at an otherwise stressful time. We are very pleased with the finished product. Rocco's customer service is impeccable. We would gladly work with him again and would recommend him to our friends and family.

Rocco was amazing to work with. After contacting Architalcan, he was on site at my house the very next day. He assisted in developing plans for a renovation, and obtaining those permits through the City of Toronto. We had permits granted quickly, and he even took time out while on vacation to make sure they were delivered. Would recommend.
