MHM Living are my hero for rescuing a project that another contractor failed to complete. I knew when I met Botond and he asked to see permits and plans as a first question I was dealing with a professional. Others I interviewed seemed to be auditioning for Flipping Vegas. The level of expertise and craftsmanship that his entire team delivered was as fine as I have ever worked with (I have remodeled several homes). To be honest, after the first guy I just wanted to finish it and sell it. MHM Living created such a beautiful masterpiece that I was happy and excited to live here. We remodeled the entire upstairs of my home and added a small bathroom downstairs. Upstairs are two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room and a large walk-in closet. We did the flooring and window replacements, too. I am thrilled to also be starting a new project with MHM Living to remodel the kitchen and main living space for my historically important Dallas home originally built and designed by Bud Ogelsby.

We worked with MHM Living to remodel our guest house which included a full bathroom remodel, updates to the living, kitchen, dining and bedroom. As an interior design professional my standards are high for quality, work ethic, communication, and responsiveness. I can truly say that every one of these areas exceeded my expectations. The process was not only painless, but the plan was executed beautifully. After working with Botond and the entire MHM team I can in full confidence not only highly recommend them but, also plan on using them for future client projects. Botond was a joy to work with during our remodel of our 20 year old kitchen/great room and bar social area. He orchestrated a perfectly executed plan with impeccable service and oversight with his skilled and professional team and created a beautiful living space that tied into the other areas of our home. Before selecting Botond for our project we interviewed three other contractors who fell short of Botond's creativity, keen eye for space and willingness to truly take the time to listen to our wants and needs. It’s been over a year since Botond and his group at Marvelous Home Makeovers have done our remodel and every single day I am thankful for it. When we started, they listened earnestly to what our lifestyle was like and made their designs appropriately. I thought I would just love our remodel because of how timeless our home would now look, but the real reason I love it is because of how much more our home fits our family and our lifestyle. Our kitchen colors are beautiful and the kitchen layout easily accommodates my family of four all at once. We used MHM for a major remodel which encompassed the kitchen, entire downstairs and additionally involved changing the floor plan and relocating the laundry room from downstairs to upstairs. MHM was extremely professional at all times and provided invaluable guidance without which we could not have completed the project. We had a very good (as in exceptional) experience with MHM. We were planning a remodel of our bathroom but never made time to find someone. The one time we tried getting an estimate from someone we never got a call back. Then I heard about MHM on David Johnson's CEO Spotlight. It seemed like odd timing and then everything clicked in place. We started to go through the process of estimates and design and everything went so smooth. We never looked back and did a complete remodel instead of just the bathroom. The whole process was so amazing. We would bring friends by to look at the progress and they were always amazed at how clean the place was. They cleaned up every day and were prompt every day, very courteous and did amazing work. We never had to worry about anything. MHM took care of every detail including all those that had to be hired for tile or floor work. It was amazing to see how efficient they were from start to finish. We have heard a lot of horror stories of people working with multiple contractors and getting schedules delayed or even worse not getting the job done correctly. But for us, with MHM, we never had to worry about any of that. Botond gave us a schedule up front that laid out what was planned every week. They stuck to the schedule (well, actually, they finished a week early) so we knew what was happening at all times. In fact, we moved out during the work and they would post pictures on progress to keep us updated. We could see everything going on as progress was made. Another item that helped us so much is that MHM is a complete design and build company. We really didn’t know exactly what we wanted. Botond is so good at what he does that he has a feel for all the current trends, what will be good for the long run and what is not a good idea for future use. It was so nice to put our complete trust in the company. The crews were amazing at what they did and knew every detail of what needed to be done. They were always courteous when we met them at the house and helpful explaining all the work they were doing. We did have some changes we wanted along the way and they accommodated us with those requests. I don’t really know how to put in words how lucky we feel to have come across MHM. From the starty we knew they were the right ones. We really enjoy showing off our 20year old home to friends and family and have been entertaining more like we always wanted to in the past. Thank you MHM for a job beyond “well done”.

We were looking for a contractor to remodel our 35 year old home. We were so fortunate to find MHM. Botand is a wonderful contractor and guided us the process of a whole house remodel. We bought a 1970-built ranch home and immediately set out to renovate the interior to a more modern standard. We hired Marvelous Home Makeovers to do the full interior renovation and were very happy with the results. Initially, we set out to fully renovate the kitchen and master bath and do cosmetic updates throughout the rest of the home. Eventually, all our bathrooms were renovated, as well. Botond was professional, exacting in the quality of the work that was done, and responsive to the needs and questions we had throughout the process. His crew was unobtrusive, timely, and professional. Botond and his company came highly recommended from two friends who used him, and we also had a great experience with him. He stands by his work as he even came back to correct an issue six months later that came about when the weather changed! I would recommend him to anyone who desires a quality renovation.
