Remodeling your home is often a stressful experience. In addition to being where you live, your house, for most Americans, constitutes the most valuable asset in your financial portfolio. Daniel Steinkoler, SCS' owner, and his team represent the best of the home construction industry, exactly the sort of company and people you want to help navigate major remodeling projects. My wife and I had to get a critical project done in Arlington, Virginia under incredibly challenging circumstances. Daniel and the SCS crew provided exemplary service from start to finish, from design to permitting to material acquisition to mid-course adjustments to final delivery. If you are looking for a GC who will consistently demonstrate care for his clients, technical expertise, and integrity, I strongly recommend considering Daniel and SCS.

Danny and his crew have done an amazing job fixing up our beach house. In fact, it has never looked this good even when we purchased it 15 years ago. The kitchen and bathrooms have been expertly updated. And the air inside smells clean and fresh. The foreman, Nick, was always available and on top of the project. We have done many renovations and never had such a responsive and competent team. Especially important with a long distance project. We can't say enough good things about working with Superior. We'd do it all over again without question.

If you're looking for a contractor on Bald Head Island, look no further... Danny Steinkoler and his team at Superior are simply the best in the business! After working with several contractors on the island, I can say without hesitation that Danny stands apart in every way that matters: professionalism, craftsmanship, communication, and an exceptional attention to detail that is genuinely rare to find. From start to finish, Danny and his team showed up exactly as promised, responsive, skilled, and committed to doing the job right. Every detail was handled with care, and we always felt informed and in good hands throughout the process. My only regret is that we didn't find Superior sooner. I cannot recommend Danny and his team highly enough.

We had our shower and bathtub remodelled by the experts at Superior Construction. They were courteous, punctual and thoroughly professional with their work. They did not just do an exemplary job but ensured they completed the renovation project within budget and on time. They did not upsell me on items that would inflate the project cost and gave me the creative input to select the design as well. I was amazed by the transparency they offered as a business, and that sold me on only using Superior Construction for all my renovation needs. Outstanding service, reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

We began working with Superior Home Services, Inc about 8 months ago on a home remodel and addition located in Bethesda, MD. Daniel Steinkoler worked with us during the design process and offered insightful direction to the design team and did a great job in managing client expectations with regards to cost and what to expect during construction. Daniel even went as far to meet with the neighbors so they understood who would be on site and what they could expect during construction. We highly recommend Superior Home Services as one of the best contractors in the Washington, DC area.

SHS went far beyond my request for a cost estimate to correct structural damages to my home. When issues arose regarding liability for the repair of said damages, SHS 's willingness to provide me with access to the Company's professional network (e.g., structural engineers, construction lawyers) made a world of difference in my resolution of what would have otherwise been an agonizing and costly ordeal.
