About Us

Grant Home Staging Services specializes in professional home staging, space planning, de-cluttering/organizing. We work closely with each client to prepare a budget that works for them. We also work with the client's own furnishings whenever possible to keep costs down while achieving that neutral look that allows a prospective buyer the opportunity to envision their own furnishings and family in the home. But it doesn't stop there.... Living on an island where older, outdated homes abound, has brought new, exciting opportunities to assist my clients in small renovations and updates. Many clients are purchasing second homes and need them set up for rental income. Installing furnishings and amenities for rental properties is just as important as setting up your own home. We have more than 9 years experience and the knowledge of what rental properties need to get the highest return on your investment.

My husband and I first retained Vicki Grant's services in 2014 when we sold a second home in Hill Country Texas. She assisted both with staging and photos and soon thereafter the house sold quickly! Her advice was practical, using our furnishings except for one painting that, at Vicki's suggestion, we borrowed from a friend that popped the master bedroom in a much needed way. Next, Vicki helped us stage our large Queen Anne Victorian home in the historic district of Montpelier, Vermont. She worked extensively with us and a professional photographer to produce high quality, artistic images of our home. Again, her approach was practical, making the best of our furnishings and accessories and working with the photographer to tell the story of a historic property and its gardens. And Vicki is fun to work with! We have really enjoyed our collaborations with her and look forward to working with her again on an upcoming renovation project!
