Opening Up & Decluttering Condo Space

This cozy condo was jammed with furnishings and accessories. The paint was a screaming yellow that nearly hurt your eyes upon entering. The owner wanted to tone it down and de-clutter, open up floor space and simplify. So that's just what we did. The end result is cool and calm.

This is the first stage of updating this unit while it is still heavily rented during season. The streamlined and properly sized furnishings allow for plenty of seating plus space and easy access to the front and back entrances.

The walls and curtains will soon be updated with fresh new colors and fabrics. Heavy, oversized furniture has been removed and now with the new, scaled down furniture the owner and guests can easily move around and through.
