Amazing customer service and great warranty policy. Eliza was so helpful, professional and responsive. She addressed all my questions and issues immediately and even replaced the blinds completely, TWICE! I couldn't be more happy dealing with a company that actually cares about their customer's satisfaction. Would recommend them to anyone who needs blinds. Great price, fast shipping and again, the customer service was 5 stars all the way!

I am truly impressed with the blinds I ordered. They fit perfectly and work great. The customer service is top notch and the triangular shipping package to lessen the chance of their from getting crushed during delivery is nothing short of genius. What also stands out are the amazingly detailed instruction sent on paper so you don't HAVE to use a device to understand the installation. Did I mention that he prices were less than any other metal blinds I searched for online? These blinds are replacing those made by the most expensive window treatment company selling blinds for decades. Despite what this "best blind" company charges, the sun deteriorated the chords that raise them in a timeframe more suited to the most poorly made blinds out there. So, here are your FIVE STARS! Next time I need great metal blinds, know where I'm going!

I ordered the product the beginning of March, I did not receive my order until late April,..but it did not disappoint.

The blinds came exactly how I had ordered and were easy to install. They work great! Very happy with the product.

Great product, Great price. Simple and clear instructions for ordering. Easy and clear installation instructions. Blinds and strings are on the thinner side than if you pay top price elsewhere but work just as well.

Bought custom made vertical blinds and they turned out perfect, exactly as per measurement and look beautiful in our laundry room.

I purchased a couple of different styles from Blidsgalore. The Top Down Bottom Up are so awesome and the black out are amazing.

This company completely misrepresented the blinds I ordered. The pictures on their website showed the blinds with similar color brackets and hem bar. I was also told that the hardware would be the same color as the blinds. When the blinds arrived they were a strong black contrasting color from the shades themselves, making the blinds look cheap and hideous. When I contacted Blindsgalore I was told it wasn’t covered under warranty because it was an aesthetic issue. I’m out $3,600. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The blinds are beautiful, perfect on the instructions on how to measure. I love getting the free samples in order to choose the perfect color. Customer service was quick to respond and replace the one blind that wouldn't stay down when pulling the shade down. Thank you! Great referral from my sister.
