Feel at ease while we guide you through the personalized experience of creating your home from its inception to completion. Our Goal To design and create spaces that are a product of the heart. We aim to simultaneously envision and realize your dream; creating a unique atmosphere that moves the spirit. As Design-Builders, we work with you to design and construct a home that fits your taste, architectural style, family’s needs, and budget. Building Design Our design services include Research and Contextual Studies, Conceptual Design & Development, Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration. Interior Design Our Interior Design services include Research and Programming, Space Planning, Design Concept & Selecting finishes, lighting, and fixtures, Construction Documentation and Construction Administration. Blueprint & Permitting Our Blueprint & Permitting services include Research and Code Studies, Construction Documentation, Energy Analysis, and Permit Application. We always aim for a quick turnaround and we typically pull over-the-counter permits for smaller projects. Construction & Implementation Our construction services include Budgeting, Construction Schedule, leading construction trades and subcontractors and coordination of construction inspections by local ordinance.

We were fortunate to come in contact with Arash to help us with a remodel that required a lot of imagination. Challenged with small rooms, interesting roof lines and limited space to add on, he provided great insight and creativity to bring our project to reality. The end result was way better than expected. He delivered everything in a professional manner, on the timelines he promised and with a great attitude. I would highly recommend him for any project and hope to partner with him again in the future!

We worked with HOSStudios on our complete remodel in San Clemente and are extremely happy with our home. Arash provided a seamless process from start to finish. He listened to us and offered excellent ideas that fit in our vision for the different spaces. He was responsive via email, text, and phone. He helped navigate a very difficult City permit process, he truly went above and beyond many times. They also worked with our GC team and various subs (electrician, etc.) to revise plans and make sure everyone was on the same page. We highly recommend working with HOSStudios for your remodel!

I contracted Arash/Hoss Studios to draft plans for my bathroom remodel here in Laguna Beach, CA. Anyone who has ever had work done here in Laguna knows how specific and detailed plans need to be in order to pass through the city and be eligible for the proper permit(s). Arash and I had an appointment here at the house, he was timely, so professional, and obviously very knowledgeable..not to mention a really nice person which we all need more of in the world. Arash not only drew up my bathroom but the whole house so I could have all the plans and specifications if needed down the road. Arash is very easy to communicate with and his work is high quality at a very fair rate. I would highly recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
