I worked with the INS team for a year on a triplex in NYC. The team is amazing. Attention to detail. Great communication between client, designer and contractor, always. Always ready and willing to help with anything that would have led to the fulfillment of the project. The crew was always super careful and experienced. We have worked with INS Contractors on our 7500 SF home. The project took 12 month and they where able to complete the job within the original schedule provided by INS. They have worked very well with our interior design firm. Ivan and Felix where the project managers on our project and it was really great experience working with them, the communication was great and they are very knowledgeable. Also we had a great site foreman on our project who was running the project from start to finish. We will definitely work with INS on our other projects. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasure working with INS Contractors on our Park avenue pre war apartment renovation. We had 4 contractors pricing our renovation and there where many design changes during the bidding process. At the end of the process we have decided to go with INS Contractors - Felix and Ivan, they where honest, responsive and where able to with with our Architect very well. The project was completed based on the original project schedule that they have provided which was the most important for us as we had to move out from our previous apartment, also most important the project was done within the budget. Highly recommended.

My wife and I purchased a condo in NYC and had only 6 months to renovate (combination of 3 apartments). This was our first renovation project and we had a lot of questions and concerns about contractors in NYC. After interviewing many contractors, my wife and I decided to go with INS Contractors for our renovations. INS and their team did what they said they would do. They also would give suggestions and come up with ways to save costs during the various changes to the work that we proposed. We could tell everyone truly liked their profession and were very skilled. Lastly they worked very well with our Interior Design team. Thank you INS and team! Work very well done, great project!

We recently completed a 3800 square feet loft renovation in Tribeca. My overall experience with INS Contractors was very good. We didn't have previous experience renovating such a large space and were very concerned to start. INS contractors made us feel very comfortable, everything was explained patiently and we were able to make decisions swiftly. The only reason I am writing this review is becomes everyone told us that we will definitely go over budget, but INS Contractors gave us the support we needed and actually came in within the budget. We are very happy in our new home and definethey recommend INS Contractors.
