Trace Ventures completed project on time and on-budget. Outside renovation consisting of all outside wood repainting and or replacement if necessary, removal and replacement of six gables, installation / rebuilding of 6 20' foot front porch columns and installation / electrical of two sconces and hanging lantern. All work done by Mike and Scott with Trace was perfect. Mike, as project manager was an excellent communicator and provide good advise and quick response to all questions. Punch list consisted of 3 small items handled with two business days. Overall a great experience and will use Trace Ventures again.

Trace Ventures is simply the most efficient, precise, and project oriented builder we have worked with in over 30 years. We were also able to do a full house remodel from over 600 miles away as a result of the expert communication capability of Trace. However, the best part of Trace is that they make you part of their family because no matter how beautiful the final product is, without the family touch renovation is really hard. Not the Trace way--enjoyed every minute of the process.

We hired Trace to add a master, bath/closet/laundry area and to enclose a porch for a sunroom. We could not have been happier with this choice. They helped us see the vision with the design and completed the job in four months. They were here every day managing the work, mess and traffic--absolutely the best professional we have had on site--patient, efficient and aware of everything going on. The foreman was on top of any changes and responded to any question or change almost immediately. One of our concerns going into this was timing and keeping the waste and traffic contained. Our neighbors never had a complaint during construction--commenting on how helpful, courteous and neat they were. Art and Martha Stinson, besides being the nicest people to know, run a top notch operation that focuses on customer satisfaction and high professional standards, We have already referred them to friends who are equally happy!

Trace Ventures has done major and minor repair work for me over the years, but the biggest project was a new kitchen which I absolutely love. Trace is professional and honest, and they complete the work in the timeline specified and for the agreed-upon price - there are no surprises. They also communicate regularly by phone or email, and respond quickly to questions or concerns, even after the project is finished. I love my kitchen and appreciate their impeccable design work every day. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have had the pleasure of working with Trace Ventures on numerous projects over the past eight years. Projects ranged from handyman repairs to major remodeling of a kitchen and bath, as well as a dig out and construction of a basement (exercise area, bath, and tornado shelter). All of our experiences have been extraordinary. Everyone has been easy to work with, always considering our desires and lifestyles. The work has been high quality, within budget and proposed time lines. We would recommend Trace Ventures without hesitation.

Trace Ventures has done 3 projects for us. The whole process from planning to final walk thru was a pleasure. Art, Martha and Gianni made a home renovation easy. I never felt like I had to go behind them and check their craftsmanship. Everything was beautiful. Trace took what I had dreamed in my mind and made it into a reality. Our foreman, Steve Croce, was on the job everyday. He interacted with the workers and "ran the whole show". He was always very accessible either by phone, text or email. He was so easy to get along with. When our job was completed, I told him that I would miss seeing him in the basement everyday. We recommend Trace Ventures without any hesitations. We would never have any other construction company do a job at our home.

We were very impressed with Trace Venture's work when we went to see a friend's kitchen they have renovated. It was beautiful and impressive. So, we decided to work with them in renovating our kitchen and den. It was the best decision we made. We were assigned a person, Mr. Mike Fly, who stayed at the site everyday and actually we began to see him as family. It was the middle of winter with three dogs in the house. Mike made sure that we had privacy and limited interference with our daily routine. The end result was more than we expected. We love our custom made cabinets, hutch and pantry. Our den is very comfortable and bright. We receive compliments from our friends concerning not only the built-ins but also the quality of work. Thank you Trace Ventures.
