A super easy group to work with that did a major remodel of my kitchen down to the studs. BC Construction and Development Inc was the only contractor I interviewed who recommended that an engineer inspect the foundation as part of the evaluation process and ensured he got our entire wishlist checked off. The team worked fast and including repainting my guest bedroom including trim, wall replacement with framing and drywall, quality cabinets, lighting, new appliances, custom designed brick back splash was fantastic. Shai was quick to design for what I was looking for and recommendations that fit our style. I would use them again if I had more work to be done.

Shai and his company BC Construction remodeled our kitchen and bathroom, and a refresh of our kitchen backsplash recently and will be performing many other upgrades to our home. I was surprised and grateful at how quickly he grasped what I’m trying to describe and provided renderings. The design they prepared for us was outstanding, it was hard to say no. Shai communicated with us well which helped us a lot. The meetings during construction were very organized and efficient, including agendas sent in advance to ensure alignment on open topics/issues. The project had to be done in stages and when everything was said and done a couple of weeks later now looks great. I’d hire BC Construction and Development again!

At first I was wondering what to do regarding my plan to remodel the complete interior of my 10 years old house. The pleasantness and level of preparation of the BC Construction and Development Inc crew cannot be overstated. After walking through the home, they quickly measured out each of the spaces and by the end of our meeting, presented us some beautiful concepts we went ahead with. Shai’s team really took care of us and must say we are so thrilled with our brand new home. I’d highly recommend them and their staff. Great work.

BC Construction and Development made my home beautiful. We renovated our kitchen and dining room in my 70 year old house, completed over a month in September. Before the project we met many contractors who were ready and able to renovate the space but BC Construction was the only one who offered design ideas that made the space feel distinguished and luxury. From helping designing of the dining room and updated kitchen to choose all the right materials for each space, Shai helped us all the way through the process of construction. It's been worth every star and then some!

BC Construction and Development was in our top three general contractors we interviewed when we decided for a remodel. We chose to work with Shai because he is a great communicator, patient, and best suited my needs. BC added a room in our home and remodeled our downstairs bathroom, two hallways, family room and den. Shai turned our half bath into a 3/4 bath with rainfall standing shower. Almost all the rooms in the house have been repainted and recessed lighting installed throughout all of the bedrooms and hallways. One of Shai's greatest qualities is his responsiveness. Whenever I communicated my concerns to Shai, he ALWAYS made sure they were promptly addressed, no matter how small. They really added to my home and reduced the stress level of remodeling!

I had BC Construction and Development transform the inside of the first floor of one of our homes- redo our kitchen, guest bathroom, dry wall and painting the whole interior. We are happy we chose him out of all the other contractors! Since the moment we first met Jason all the way through completion of our project we received excellent customer service and communication. BC Construction designed something much better and his crew did a beautiful job of installing a new kitchen. Words can't explain how happy we are with the remolding work they did, it came out so good that I don’t want to leave the kitchen! Thank you once again Jason and staff for a stunning remodel.

Shai and his team recently completed a partial remodel on my home and we had a wonderful experience. I was really concerned about who I was going to use but after meeting with BC Construction I realized I was in the right hands. Shai is really great at what he does and pays attention to detail. In total we tore out old carpet and redid flooring throughout the house, renovated our master bathroom, updated our kitchen, did full interior paint, cabinets, appliances, and also counters. He offered professional ideas and gave us helpful advice throughout while paying attention to what we wanted (types of materials in our closet, the type of grey shade of paint we wanted in our bedroom vs family room, etc), such as changes we could make our small master bathroom spacious. And we're so incredibly happy with the results. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional job done by a communicative and consistent GC.

BC Construction and Development Inc and their team did a stunning job for us 3 month ago. We decided to remodel our kitchen and two bathrooms - people think that we are crazy that we decide to do it all at the same time, but the guys did it in such a professional way. We liked Jason so much that we didn't even interview any other contractors/architects which is pretty risky given that we were doing a pretty major home renovation: we turned our kitchen into a bedroom, knocked down walls and needed support beams, built an entirely new kitchen and redid the floors in the entire home. Jason and his team were truly exceptional in every way. His design sense and suggestions (from appliances to tiles) helped make the place looks and feel great. The layout and several of the design choices made the space feel much larger. Thanks BC Construction!

We used BC Construction and Development for kitchen, laundry room, attached half bathroom and some interior remodeling. I went with my gut and decided to continue to Jason for the work, and i'm glad I did. He was always both easy to talk to and thorough about the process making BC Construction our preferred choice. I was blown away at the customer service alone. They went above and beyond in coming up with ways to address the various issues associated with our particular property and projects took only 2 months from start to finish. Thank you for all your help and turning my kitchen into a beautiful space for us!

Jason and his team did a really outstanding job on our kitchen! He wound up doing 2 bathrooms, painted, replaced all my inside windows, doors (including closets) and did some gorgeous built-ins. I couldn't be happier. Jason’s foresight and planning were impeccable and kept the project on time and on budget. All aspects of our remodel went according to plan and the results are amazing. I have recommended BC Construction and Development’s work to others.

In the past year and a half BC-CONSTRUCTION has completed two major home projects for me. The first project was installing a pool and hardscaping my backyard. The second project was a complete kitchen renovation,as well as many upgrades throughout the home (i.e. floors, doors, and updating bathroom). There was about 9 months between each project. We chose BC-CONSTRUCTION for the second project based on our satisfaction with Eric's work on the first project. In both instances, Eric was helpful in the planning stages, as he integrated our ideas into a working plan, whilest recommending improvements and other ideas. Eric's crew was always on-time and kept a consistent and predictable work schedule. The work was solid and premium materials were used. You should choose Eric if you are looking for a contractor that works like a partner. Most importantly, his workmanship is great. No short cuts! Based on our experience, we strongly recommend BC-CONSTRUCTION and would use again.
