“We had an outstanding experience working with Wade on the design and permitting of our ADU and would 100% hire him again for a future project. From the beginning, he was incredibly responsive, thorough, and easy to communicate with. He really listened to what we wanted, provided thoughtful expert advice, and after our feedback on the first draft, essentially nailed the design we had envisioned. The quality of his drawings was also excellent. The plans were extremely detailed, well organized, and thoughtfully put together, covering everything needed to take the project from design through permitting and into construction. He was incredibly proactive and stayed on top of the process from submission all the way through approval. Most importantly, I never had to chase him, remind him, or push things forward. He was always already on it. I could completely trust him to handle his part of the project, which not only made the process easier for us but also helped keep everything moving as quickly as possible. We had also agreed on an accelerated timeline for the design, and Wade delivered exactly as promised. Throughout the entire project, he made himself available for video calls when needed, took the time to explain things clearly, and consistently gave us thoughtful advice rather than simply doing what was asked. I genuinely can’t recommend Wade highly enough. Excellent design and drawings, clear communication, reliable timelines, proactive permit coordination, and someone who truly cares about getting the project across the finish line.
