“Phase Two Update: Our dream home in Winsome is complete! Everything from the design phase turned out beautifully, and we were able to pivot and change a few things along the way as we changed our mind or realized we wanted something new or different than originally planned (within reason and budget, of course). Phase two added Carolyn and Ezra to our team to manage the project and keep us updated. Both are extremely kind, professional, and great communicators with strong followthrough. Getting weekly updates on home progress and next steps was fun. The team accommodated our questions and walk throughs along the way to allow us to be a part of the process and make sure we were satisfied with every milestone (framing, drywall, etc.). There were very few problems or delays(weather) during the build process, and the team handled every challenge well, prioritizing our satisfaction. For other first time custom home builders, we’ll say the last month or two was the only stressful part of the process because that’s when everything is installed and you discover potential issues and/or errors in selections, but Elk Ridge made sure to resolve everything. We’re now in the home and in that last phase of inevitable final fixes and touch ups. Thankfully, the list is short and the items are simple to address. Ultimately, Phil, Jason, and team not only delivered a dream home that exceeded all expectations, but they thought of every detail and creature comfort that we didn’t even consider. Phil’s vision and design talent is one of a kind, and we can’t recommend the Elk Ridge team enough.”
