“First time I met Flo was when my children took her art lessons. Once I got to see Flo's paintings in her studio, I was really impressed because I've never seen anything like that before. I was taken by the bright colors, patterns, and her unique style. For many years, I've been following Flo's work, she is not only a talented artist but a great community citizen, I love the fact that her work is on murals at many local schools. I am a proud owner of Flo's painting with the two owls, their pattern reminded me of Faberge Eggs. Once we started talking about the paining, Flo told me the name of it is the Russian Owls ("les Chouettes Russes"). I love that painting, it really pops and attracts the eye. Looking at it brings me joy, it's the combination of warm colors, the sweat owls leaning and glancing at each other and their beautiful detailed pattern is mesmerizing.”
