I was very excited by her design- the result was even better. I love the huge kitchen island and the large space created after taking down the wall between kitchen and living room- great to have family and friends over. Upstairs, she totally redesigned the master bedroom, creating a spacious walk in closet and a jewel of a spa- bathroom complete with dual shower towers and wall to wall bench. I even got an office of my own- my husband got his downstairs. We went and selected together the materials- and made sure we got what we ordered. She connected us to a great construction team who were true to the timeline, very responsive to changes and attentive to details! Very happy customer!”

“My experience was first rate. Brandon came to do a walk through and get my feedback on what I was looking to have done. He explained how the proceeds worked, the materials they use and hat the installers would do. A couple of days later he had the design emailed to me and we agreed on a start date. When the installers arrived they were friendly and professional. They were careful and put down a carpet walkway. In a little over two hours they were done and out the door. Here's the clincher. Afterward I noticed something that I thought would have been completed differently. Turns out it was a communication error. Short version is the owner, Bruce, said he wanted to make sure we were satisfied and they would redo that part at no cost. The next days the installers were back and had it done in about 20 mins.
