While searching for a contractor to complete our recent outdoor project, we knew we wanted someone who we could trust to get the job done on time and correctly. We had issues with water constantly pooling in our yard. We needed drainage mitigation before water related damage occurred to our home’s foundation. We reached out to several contractors, but Bryan Perry of Constructive Design Group stood out above the competition. He walked our property and quickly established his expertise on the subject matter. Bryan designed a massive French drain system with several catch basins and a dry well. Our project also included installation of an expanded paver patio with re-grading and re-sodding of our property. Bryan’s passion for his work and his keen eye for details made him a joy to work with. Professional and personable; he constantly updated us on the progress and offered lots of ideas to improve the initial plan, all while respecting the budget that we had set. His team arrived on the job early; Every. Single. Day, ready to put in their best work. (Thank you, Jamie, Sergio, and Geoff!!) We are loving the outcome and are so happy with our beautiful, new outdoor space!

I fell in love with a friend's backyard design, although I did not know her contractor. After hiring Bryan, I mentioned that I was adding a patio and outdoor fireplace to my friend and told her that Bryan Perry and Constructive Design Group were doing an outstanding job. That's when she told me that Bryan Perry had designed her yard. Small world. Although the weather was not cooperating for part of the project, the team at Constructive Design Group made every effort to ensure that I was satisfied with the finished project, despite the weather delays. A wet, soggy ground does not help when you're trying to install a flagstone patio, and Bryan has been very attentive to assist with any question regarding process and final product.

For our backyard sod project we hired Bryan Perry and his crew. Bryan was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable to work with. Our yard went from weeds and dirt into a beautiful green carpet. We couldn't be more pleased.

Constructive Design Group has designed, installed, and enhanced multiple retaining walls at my house as well as come up with a comprehensive plan to redesign my entire back yard patio area. After getting several bids to do our screened in porch, we chose Constructive Design Group because of the clarity in communication and the professionalism Bryan exuded. Not only did CGD do a beautiful job on our porch, (which includes a fireplace, sitting and dining area) the whole crew was pleasant, friendly and did a great job cleaning up every day. Bryan took great consideration in pricing the job, so that we'd have an accurate idea of what we would be spending and didn't surprise us with any major unforeseen costs. We not only highly recommend CDG for your screened in porch or outdoor living space, we would not hesitate to use them again for future outdoor living improvements....I also want to add that we purchased a beautiful concrete dining table and bench that Bryan and Raleigh Slabs created for the dining area of the porch and they are GORGEOUS. We love having a one-of-a-kind dining area!

Bryan is very communicative and collaborative in working to get the design right and at each step along the way; his implementation team also impressed: polite, fast, knowledgeable, and on-time. My wife and I built the house of our dreams and moved in Dec 2014. And even though we had everything we wanted inside, the outside was a focal point and we knew we wanted to get a bit of work done. We reviewed this with a handful of contractors to ultimately decide who was gonna make this happen for us. We decided on Constructive Design Group, BECAUSE they were one of the most competitive and the most professional. Everything from edgers, nursery, edgers, design, firepit, etc. It was done surprisingly quick with attention to detail. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND CDG and Bryan to anyone that wants to improve their outdoor living area. Don't waste your time "shopping" around or looking for the cheapest one out there. I've already had a number of my neighbors go with CDG based on my experience and project completed.

We had a 32x 12 paver patio installed. We found Constructive Design Group to be very professional and timely they also provided a beautiful result! I wish all contractors were as easy to work with as Constructive Design Group.
