“I had the unfortunate situation in that my chimney cap on my outdoor wood burning fireplace needed to be replaced. I contacted the manufacturer only to be advised that the replacement cap on this fireplace was no longer available. I was lucky enough to find someone (Dina) that advised me she would try and find the part. In fifteen minutes, she called back and told me there were only 2 left in the US and that she found one in Kentucky for me.
