GEMBuilt is professional, courteous, respectful and communicates well. I love the new kitchen & bathroom that GEMBuilt made into reality! Doug and Gad did an awesome job on the design. My kitchen is now more functional, open & spacious. They go above & beyond to make clients happy. I was initially thinking of refacing my kitchen but I'm glad I didn't because GEMBuilt provided me with new cabinets at an affordable price and great service. I'm also very pleased with the work they did to transform my bathroom. Thank you GEMBuilt!

I hired GemBuilt after talking with two neighbors who raved about working with Gad. We wanted to remodel our kitchen and open up our space by removing a wall. When we first met, he proposed a layout that didn't make intuitive sense to me. He asked me to trust him and I am so glad I did! He has a good eye for use of space and for the smallest details. We love our kitchen and are so happy we followed his advice every step of the way.

I hired Gembuilt to completely rework my kitchen. Between reworking a very complicated space, to helping me with appliances, cabinets, countertop surfaces, and tile...it's been a very busy time and I would have been overwhelmed without their professional guidance. GEMBUILT CONSTRUCTION did an amazing job on our addition and kitchen remodel. From the first consultation to the finishing touches, they made us feel comfortable and confident. Communication is key when doing an renovation project, and Gembuilt did not disappoint. They made sure we understood what projects were about to happen, kept us involved in planning and design, and were always accommodating to our needs and wants. I cannot thank our foreman, electricians, and various workers enough. Their hard work was profound from day one. Each gembuilt employee we encountered was professional and courteous. If you are looking for a contractor for your next project; I would highly recommend Gembuilt. Their craftsmanship and creativity makes for a fantastic finished product.

Gembuilt ran my house remodel. It involved my kitchen, two bathrooms, and an additional room. I was referred to Gembuilt by my friend who had used them and had very positive feedback. Doug was always responsible, professional and dedicated to his work. He was also very patient and polite. Most importantly, he is very intelligent and knowledgeable about his trade. I would highly recommend gembuilt!!

Absolutely great experience working with the GemBuilt crew! We are so very happy that we went with them, after interviewing 4 other vendors and cancelling a prior contract with a different vendor. We found them via word of mouth (neighbors). Their bid not only came is lower, but once we met Gad & team we felt that we're in good hands. They delivered on what they committed for from start to finish. Communication was great. His team pays attention to detail and anytime we had something we wanted adjusted or fixed it was done. I would absolutely recommend GemBuilt to everyone and we will be using them again in the future for other projects.

I had a great experience with these guys over a few years and multiple projects projects. They are the best! Excellent attention to details and follow through. Easy to work with and fairly priced. Gad it is wonderful to work with and helps you throughout the process to understand and make critical decisions in a timely fashion. Highly recommend.

I would recommend these guys hands down. They were reliable, reasonable and very professional. They worked hard to get the job done (from permites to construction) as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. Gad is friendly and truly cares about his clients and the outcome. I've heard so many stories about things that can go wrong. I am very fortunate to have found GemBuilt!
