I would highly recommend this group to anyone building a new home. Emily Brinker is very creative and knows design elements well. Eric and Matt have been patient and accommodating with us in designing a custom home.

We hired Northgate after being contacted by a "storm chaser" who stated that our roof had significant storm damage and that they could work with our insurance to get us a free roof. Ray came out and performed a free inspection and confirmed that we did have a lot of missing tiles, "creasing" from wind damage and that it was the original roof (about 18 yrs old). Ray worked directly with our insurance adjuster and made that process as easy as possible. Then his crew came and did an outstanding job! They were very quick, polite and professional. Ray was here several times to check on the progress of the job and upon conclusion (after the crew had already cleaned up) Ray took a walk around and after finding 1 nail had the crew go around the house a 3rd time! We are very happy with the job they did and would highly recommend them!

Northgate helped us conceive and execute a dormer extension in our almost 100 year old house. They were always available to answer questions, closely supervised their crew and sub contractors and helped us transition from ideas to wood, walls, and two lovely new bathrooms.
