My husband and I hired Andrew from this company to go to our rental property in Airdrie. We moved to Saskatoon Aug. '22. There are so many things wrong with this project. 1) the plastic film was not removed from the tub surround and silicone was applied over top. Then the thin film started coming off (it's to be taken off when the tub surround is installed) and then took off the silicone. Andrew said they had removed the film, but we still found a whole section of film almost one year later and when we peeled it off, the silicone that they had come back to reapply in Aug. '23, came off and we had to redo it ourselves for the 3rd time. 2) the silicone was so badly applied in a few spots that within a few months, it came off completely and caused significant leaking. Andrew accused the renters of doing a number of things wrong which is so low! They are the BEST renters we have ever had and they take care of the home like it is theirs. He finally sent 2 guys in late Aug. '23 to redo it. They again did not remove the film but siliconed over top. They did fix a problem on the floor which was leaking and we were thankful for that. 3) Andrew then finished the top of the tub surround with MDF! It looks nice, but clearly NOT the product for a wet space! It's swollen and going to have to be replaced. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. We now live 6 hours away and had no way of checking the job after it was finished. We DO NOT recommend this company in any way.
