Another key part of why we are satisfied with the overall experience is that not only are Todd and Tracy kind people, but the collaborators they found to do the work were also kind and quite thoughtful. There were some moments of stepping on one another's toes and bumping against egos, but no permanent damage was done. This became a part of the story behind the finished product.”
