“From the earliest vision of our home through construction and the final design details, Franco Jr., Destin and the entire D'Asign Source team created an experience that was seamless, disciplined, and genuinely exciting. Franco Jr. brings a rare balance of big-picture vision and structured execution - he knows how to shape a home architecturally while ensuring every decision support craftsmanship, flow, and long-term value. Destin complements that leadership with exceptional design talent, refined taste, and a sincere ability to listen before guiding. She presents thoughtful options, gives clarity without pressure, and elevates every space with a sophisticated eye for detail that makes the final result feel both timeless and fresh. The broader team operated with strong communication, organization, and accountability from start to finish. Because we were out of town for most of the build and could only attend a handful of meetings in person, we relied heavily on their coordination and judgment - and they exceeded expectations. Beyond their expertise, we truly loved working with them. They made a complex process feel collaborative and incredibly rewarding. We wholeheartedly recommend Franco Jr., Destin and the entire D'Asign source team to anyone seeking a design and construction partner who delivers exceptional results with creativity, professionalism, and integrity.”

“Kanga Construction completed 2 separate jobs for me in Key West. Both were houses in the Old Town district. One was a rehabilitation of a home built in the late 1800.’s that I reside in on Whitehead Street. It was a substantial gutting of a 2500 sf ft, 5 bedroom home. After successful completion of the house, we received a Historical Preservation award for the work that Kanga completed.. There were sufficient plans to get a building permit, but like any renovation, it required lots of communication between myself & Kanga to complete. I was very impressed with the commitment that Kanga made to working with us to make the project a success. The second project was a new construction in Old Town, Key West on Olivia Street. This was a 2400 sq ft 3 bd house that had severe architectural challenges imposed by the local Historic Preservation Board. It required lots of team work to be successfully completed. Besides being willing to help in the multitude of decisions that needed to be made, Kanga’s framing/finish carpenters, painters & other craftsman are of the highest caliber in the market. I highly recommend Kanga to you and I plan to use them again for my next project. Allan”

“Serge was very responsive to our inquiries and able to provide educated input on design issues. He not only provided a timely design for our new concrete home, but exceeded our expectations in making our ideas come to life.”
