Super, dependable family owned company. Does top notch work and great to work with. Very professional, and there to take care of your family’s biggest investment Highly recommend this company. Their craftmanship is just amazing! They painted my old ugly front door today and I was not think it was too big a deal. Before they finish, and I look at it, my goodness, how can it be so pretty and smooth? I can never imagine that. Their working standard is very high and pay so much to the detail!

I hired Sam for my leaking deck. It is really a pleasant experience working with Sam even with such an headache project. Sam is a very honest, competent and trustworthy general constructor who has great communication skill. He can always provide practical solutions to many bumpy situations through out the project. He is creative and very calm. He is pretty good on schedule and try really hard to put everyone's interests into consideration. The price is reasonable and upfront. The trick that he is good at schedule is because he plans well and he is detail oriented. All the major inspections passed first time.

Yang Construction did an outstanding job on our addition / complete remodel. What I appreciated about this firm is that the owner, Sam Yang, is also the project lead/foreman, so there was always excellent follow through on what was originally discussed. He will always take the time to answer any question you have thoroughly. We also felt that his team's work was of the highest quality -- Sam is not the type to cut corners to save money. He takes the time to do the job right. He is also a contractor with the highest integrity - he always does what he says he will, no unexpected surprises. Given what many of our friends have said about their contractor experiences, Yang Construction is truly a rare find.
