Providence Design

Not enough adjectives to describe my experiences with Providence Design. We waited over 10 years to build our dream home on our property, and once we made the decision to move forward, they worked with us throughout the entire project: Concept, house plans, building process, furnishings, installation, (marriage counseling - lol!). I honestly do not know how we would have maneuvered through the endless meetings and choices without their input. Because there was a budget to keep in mind, they were intentional about the areas that were really worth the splurge, and the places to conserve. Yes, their ideas were fabulous, however, it was also important to them that our home was a reflection of our family and our lifestyles, as well as a beautiful place to live. We're still pinching ourselves, and just so, so thankful for Mona, Talena, and the talented team of Providence Design.

I loved working with Providence Design because Mona and Talena are so talented, warm and creative! They listen and assist, never trying to push you toward their tastes or ideas. But their taste is impeccable so either way you win!

Providence Design is OUTSTANDING! Mona Thompson is one of the BEST designers I have ever worked with. Her work speaks for itself. Mona has a creative vision and has transformed my home into a beautiful showpiece. I hightly recommend Providence Design to everyone. You will fall in love with the end result.

We have had the pleasure of working with Providence Design on a total home remodel. The decisions throughout the home were made with ease because of the consultation with Providence Design. Mona Thompson and sister Talena are absolutely fabulous. They listen to what you want to do, make great suggestions and stay within budget. I always felt comfortable working with them. They are very easy going people with wonderful attitudes. I always felt like my opinion counted. The team at Providence Design did a complete make-over of my den/living room area. The whole room was changed. My furniture was old and outdated, including the color scheme. Mona and Talena had incredible ideas on how to redo the area for an affordable price. Not only are the new furniture pieces awesome, they are very comfortable and functional. I got to see pictures of ideas and actually go shopping before the furniture pieces were purchased. I loved getting to be part of the selection process. It made me feel included in the project which is what I desired/prefered. My room has many openings making it a challenge to arrange the room at times. Mona and Talena came up with the perfect arrangement. The flow of traffic through the room is perfect as well. There wasn't a single idea that I didn't love. Of course, the accessories that these ladies brought just finished it all off nicely. The room has a nice clean look - not cluttered. I think it should be in a magazine! They did a great job! Last, while the focus was on the living area/den, they also made small adjustments throughout my downstairs - moved some pictures, accesories, removed some items all together, etc. I felt like I had a whole new house when I walked in the door and I didn't have to purchase everything to do it! I highly recommend Providence Design for your next home project.

The ladies of Providence Design are very efficient and have great ideas. They want to know the customers desires so they can pick things that the customer will like. They are wonderful to work with, and I plan on using them again on future projects.

Providence is a client focused decor specialist that I consider the best in the business! With a true passion for the European influential design aesthetic, they really have a handle on the perfect combination of product placement and specialty architectual details that create a very beautifully woven story in each room.

Mona and Talena of Providence Design helped me with the updating of my home. I had a few photos of "the look" that I liked and I knew I liked the decorating they had done in other homes. They were GREAT! They were very timely in getting things done, very mindful of my input and in using what I already had. They knew just what accessory and or furniture to add and were budget conscience to get "the look" I wanted. They were just a joy to work with and I really like EVERYTHING and EVERY CHANGE that was made in my home. It feels "cozy elegant" to me! We started the updating in March 2007-October 2008 for the downstairs and then they did the upstairs in 2012.

Very professional, but as friendly as can be! Providence is working with me designing my newly constructed home. Very knowledgeable and up-to-date on today's look, but not "trendy" at all. Providence has been working for and with me throughout the entire process of building my new home. (approximately 15 months). There is absolutely no doubt, whatsoever, I chose the right company for the job!
