My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We are working with all main US furniture providers, and our style is modern fusion when we mixing elements to create a certain, personalized mood of the space. I was a difficult client, no doubt. They did an amazing job working with someone resistant to change but who also desperately wanted to beautify her rental apartment space. Rafaelles’ work on my apartment me was so personalized and sensitive that it was a therapeutic process. They helped me detach from objects that didn’t serve me, and drew design inspiration from elements that were important to me to keep. I was impressed with their use of natural light to design the layout as well as their attention to how I use my space to create “zones” and flow. Every aspect of the project was collaborative, communicative, and I appreciated Rafaelles patience. We made many changes throughout the process as our vision evolved. In the end I have a refreshed space that lifts my mood, is comfortable, beautiful, and true to the initial inspiration, while also bringing in unique but cohesive pieces that would never have occurred to me to incorporate.
