The Middleton Group worked closely with us to produce detailed construction drawings and 2-D and 3-D computer-visualizations for our review prior to construction start. They worked closely with the builder to obtain required approvals for beginning construction. The final design exceeded all local building code requirement and ensured our home would withstand high level hurricane force winds. During construction, because we were living in Virginia and not able to be consistently on-site, they reviewed and provided reports of builder progress and ensured the home was being built per plan. They worked closely with us to assist us in selecting the best, most cost-effective options for each of the following: a. interior and exterior lighting b. electrical switch and outlet locations c. tile and countertop materials and colors d. plumbing fixtures e. appliance selection f. cabinet design and hardware g. kitchen arrangement with beautiful coffered ceiling h. exterior and interior color schemes/combinations i. interior decorative wall molding designs throughout j. research and detailed information for selection of hardwood flooring We are totally and completely satisfied with our high quality home and with the performance and cooperation of the Middleton Group throughout the design and construction process.
