Founded in 2021 by James Knight, Jack Baldwin, and Kalyn Kight, Reynard Custom Homes was born out of a desire to bring a truly collaborative, client-first design experience to the residential market. Since then, our bespoke firm has been the architectural force behind over 60 custom homes across the Southeast. We purposefully step away from the high-volume, cookie-cutter approach to ensure that every home we design is a unique masterpiece. James Knight was able to take our house wish list and turn it into a "forever" home we love. He did a great job of listening to our ideas and applying them in a way that works beautifully. Words can't describe how incredibly easy Jack and his team have made the home building process for us. This is the kind of undeniable workmanship that simply doesn’t exist anymore! I had no idea where to start this time around and had some concerns about the land we wanted to build on, but the solutions they came up with were genius and immensely better than I could ever have dreamed of. All I knew was that I didn’t want some boring, generic house from plans I bought online. I could never have put a price tag on the value they’ve shown us from day one. I’ve built homes in the past and I felt like I had to do everything myself and really push them along- It’s been the exact opposite with Reynard… They hold my hand when I need it, and communicate every step of the way (which is extremely important to me). Not one detail was overlooked and I am so excited to live in a one of a kind home that was designed just for me and my family. I can’t believe anyone would do it any other way and deal with so much unnecessary stress! I truly wouldn’t sell this place for a billion dollars!!!
