Completed construction in 2025 in Powder Springs, Georgia, this stunning 3,363-square-foot custom residence designed by James Knight of Reynard Architectural Designs is a contemporary blend of modern edge and rustic warmth.

This home perfectly blends contemporary edge with rustic warmth. The exterior boasts a moody, dark charcoal board-and-batten siding that makes a dramatic statement against the landscape. It is beautifully contrasted by natural, heavy timber framing at the covered entryway, inviting you inside.

Adding a touch of timeless luxury, custom copper gutters and downspouts line the steep, multi-gabled rooflines. Complete with expansive dark-framed windows that flood the interior with natural light, this custom-built residence is a prime example of site-specific, tailored architectural design.

Geometric transitions. The curve of the arched threshold introduces a soft geometric counterpoint to the linear planes of the hallway. The space is illuminated by a singular textured glass pendant, drawing the eye toward the warmth of the natural oak door beyond.
