“After meeting with several companies for our Schaumburg kitchen remodeling project, we decided to move forward with 4EVER Remodeling because their process felt more structured and realistic from the beginning including their design and remodel process. During the design phase, they explained the layout changes, cabinet configuration, electrical updates, plumbing work, material options, and overall timeline in much more detail than other contractors we interviewed. Our project was a full gut remodel that included demolition, new electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, painting, and finish work. Martin the carpenter paid close attention to the installation details throughout the project. Peter handled the plumbing work professionally, and Conrad completed all electrical work. One thing we found very helpful was the Buildertrend app, which simplified scheduling, product ordering, daily communication, invoicing, and progress tracking. The final walkthrough was thorough, and the team addressed all remaining list items before completion. The total project timeline was around 8 weeks, and overall we are very happy with the final result.”

“My project with D1 recently ended and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Everyone I worked with from Brian in design to Mabel in architecture and to Linda in architecture design to Peter my project manager, were extremely helpful with the design process, easy to work with, and patient with me. When problems or hiccups arose, as they will, Peter was straightforward, responsive, and got things done. When my range hood was blemished, Peter and Keith were the first to say it’s need to be redone and were just as unhappy as I was. Knowing that they expected the same outcome I did showed me they cared about the quality of the finished project as much as I did. Peter also took care of minor cosmetic touches and walked me through some system maintenance issues. Peter is great to work with because he is responsive, direct, friendly and easy to work with. “Jason handled all the design for the complete renovation of our 40 year old 3000 sq ft home. I very much appreciate Jason's attention to detail, his humble personal style, and integrity. He can always be trusted to be thorough and meet deadlines. His designs are very good, carefully drawn and insightful. Very professional documentation. I will admit, some less knowledgeable general contractors are unaccustomed to reading and working with professional drawings. Something to be watchful of. His fees are always reasonable.
