While the work was being done, she came to our home every morning to make sure that everything was progressing satisfactorily. Her communication with the tradespeople was extremely professional as was her communication with my husband and me. Once the renovation was complete, Michelle came for a walk-through to ensure that everything was done right and to see that anything still needing attention was taken care of as soon as possible.
