Paint Color

My kitchen and family room share a wall so I need a paint color that goes well with both. The cabinets and all the oak trim are spice, the granite is Giallo ornamental, and the river rock on the family room fireplace has teal in it. Yellows and golds would look great in the kitchen but would't match the family room so I need a neutral. I would appreciate any help you could give me.
