Posts under Design Dilemma typically get better response, especially with a picture, a short headline (to let people know the general nature of your problem, i.e. flooring, cabinets, etc.) and then more detailed information about the problem. More recent items, whether a completely new post or a fresh comment, bring items towards the top...and conversely cause those with few or less recent comments to drop down the list. If your original post isn't getting much attention and seems to be getting buried, type in a comment, even if you say "bump" to get it back at or near the top.
