Our fridge is going out and we need advice. Do we spend close to 10K and replace our built in or take the cabinets out and put in a regular size fridge (1K)? Also all of our appliances are black and I am not finding a black built in. Seems people only want stainless now! The shelving/wine rack was added 5 years after we moved in when we purchased the built in so the existing hardwoods, etc are there. We did this project 14 years ago. One other option is rebuilding fridge for 3K with only a 90 day warranty. Which is going to be better for selling the house in the next 3-5 years?
