To coordiante with your dining room's chandelier, I would suggest crystal based lamps and would move the two tables closer to the couches. If the lights didn't interfere with the tv, I would move the table/lamps to the other end of the room (see picture) and center the couches a bit more. Then move the single chairs to this end of the room for balance. For your coffee table, I might consider moving the vase from the dining room table and place here instead, add a large coffee table book and a silver accessory like a small box, etc. Also, try removing the table cloth from your dining room table, to see if you think it looks more modern and I would add a large low bowl there instead. I think the 2 chairs in the front are beautiful but look out of place. Also, the couch is in front of the window which doesn't look right.

Try placing the front legs of both love seats ON the rug so that they are anchored in the space. You might need to take the coffee table out of the space entirely, for the sake of intimacy. Do I see a small table in the Dining area? That might serve better as a coffee table in this small space. Moving the chairs from beneath the TV to the other end ON the rug will make the room appear more conversational and transition well into your dining area. Place your end tables nearer to the sofa and length wise to create more space. You could try one end table on the TV side of one sofa and the other table on the dining area side of the other sofa. This would make whatever table lamps you choose light up the room more effectively. You have everything you need to make this a wonderful room.
