Yes, but in many cases, it's too late and the sins are behind the walls. Like improperly flashed windows and walls. Which I would be concerned about given the picture that you posted. Do you have a closeup of where the roof meets the sidewalls? Before the shingles went on, and in progress? Any shots f the windows going in? Brick IS porous.

Thanks Sophie. Your questions were very informative, for me to capture additional information. Never knew that this could be accomplished in various ways - roof meeting sidewalls, flashes on windows and walls. I don't get to play a role in altering the way these things are accomplished. Can't choose alternate bricks either(all the bricks are from Boral).
