My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the color name and type of countertop? Also I'd like to know the dimensions of the island?

    The countertop is a stone called Pietra del Cardosa; The dimensions are 3'-9" X 8'-10"

      How durable is the surface of this slab counter?

      Considering Honed granite but have heard its a lot of maintenance?

      There is definitely maintenance needed! Gentle cleaning and periodic re-sealing. In my opinion, if you love the surface, maintenance becomes less of a chore, a pleasure really. Otherwise go for Celador, Neolith or Caesarstone. Good luck!

      The wood is very pretty. Is it rift cut white oak stained?

      Thank you, the veneer is Brookside White Oak rift veneer, stained and finished with a two part conversion varnish.
