My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Wow, eggshell? Is that your most commonly recommended finish? I am going to repaint my main areas in the home and I currently have flat/matte and I LOVE it.....however I now have children. I now have magic eraser shadowing here and there and need to repaint it all, yet would like something washable that won't require touch-ups. What do you recommend? THANK YOU!!

      The walls are eggshell, ceiling is flat and all trim is pearl.
