Hi I've got wrinkled brown/yellow new leaves on my dhalias. See attached photo. I did find very few different types winged insects on some leaves. One of them was very very small, almost microscopic and white with wings. The other type was winged about an 16th of an inch. Not very many though. This potted dhalia gets full sun 8 hours a day, and thoroughly watered every other day. Any ideas how to make this dhalia happier?
