My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Awesome. My diningroom is about this size and layout, just couldn't figure out how to maximise the space. I love the 2 chairs & little table by the window. Wonder what window dressing to use for privacy though, yet still letting in the glorius sunlight in the day.

    I recommend custom made lined and inter-lined brisby pleat draperies floor to ceiling. Close for privacy while entertaining and open during the day for sunlight.
