I will cross post in case I should have put this in the remodel section..
I want to have a smoother, more modern look to a door jam. (this is on an already existing door).
I do not know how to do repair to the already existing door- the door frame shows when the trim is removed. I want to do this so I can put a 'sliding barn door style' on a closet.
