Plantation Shutter color for brown and white windows

We have a huge dilemma. We are ordering plantation shutters for our home but windows in the front of house are brown and all the bedrooms and kitchen are white. What is the better option?
1) All white shutters - even for the brown windows
2) Brown shutters for brown windows and white shutters for white windows?

Pls pls help.

Plantations shutters for the outside? Which color would more depend on the house. Houses do have different color shutters, but it is usually on different siding material. For example, white solic shutters on brownstone and green lovered shuttered on white clapboard.
