Material Breakdown Spreadsheet

I'm going through the budgeting process for a new home build & am looking for an electrical rough-in material breakdown spreadsheet. Anyone have one they are willing to share?

Also, any "ballpark" ranges on the amount of wire (12/2 & 14/2 only) needed to wire a 4,000 sq ft home w/ an 800 sq ft garage? I know the range could be huge so I'm looking for what you have typically seen in wiring a house.

At this point, prior to having the design complete, I'm planning on using all 12/2 for receptacles & 14/2 for lighting. And for initial planning purposes I'm guessing @ 30 total 120V 12/2 - 14/2 circuits with 18 - 12/2 receptacle circuits & 12 - 14/2 lighting circuits. There will be a partial basement (due to slope of the lot), 2 stories (each about 2,000 sq ft), plus a walk-up unfinished attic but it will have some receptacles & lighting.

I'm thinking 2,000 feet each of 12/2 & 14/2 would be a conservative guess +/- 25%. Does that sound reasonable?
