Sub-panel feeder

I am wiring a newly constructed detached garage which sits approximately 10 feet from the main house. I am using PVC conduit from the detached garaged to the house. The conduit enters straight into the house below grade, into the integral garage, where it runs into a LB and then up close to the integral garage ceiling where it terminates in a 8x8 junction box. From there, I was planning to transition to 4 conductor (#2 Al) SE cable (via split bolts), run the cable through the garage fire stop wall (about 8" from the junction box), through the basement, and into the service panel.

Is there a code requirement to secure the SE cable in the 8" between the junction box and where it penetrates the fire stop wall into the basement? There is obviously a strain-relief clamp where the cable exits the junction box. Just trying to catch all of the details.

Thanks,

JKG
